Forward-looking performance and forecast view, sourced from the Amazon Proforma. Aligned with the FoxFlame July 2026 Monthly Report. Prepared for ArchWorks Capital and the FoxFlame brand team.
July closed at $79,466, the sixth consecutive growth month, tracking 7.3% under Proforma plan ($82.8K expected). The margin story shifted intentionally: the team scaled paid campaigns and launched new keyword coverage to drive organic ranking ahead of the new stock wave arriving end of August. Actual margin came in at 10.30% versus 16.80% expected as ad spend more than doubled ($6.7K to $14.2K), the planned reinvestment. Full-stock August + September actuals should show the ranking payoff.
The Q3 view combines the July actual with Aug/Sep expected: $243K in sales at $31K net profit. The Q4 outlook steps to $294K in sales at $49K net profit across Oct-Dec. The operational risk to the top line is receive timing on the end-of-August stock wave and the pace at which the paid ranking effort converts to organic rank in the September window.

Sales variance stayed tight in July at -7.3% under plan, extending the tightening trend from June (-8.7%). July's miss came from mid- and end-of-month stock-outs on best-sellers, addressable via the new warehouse Chris is implementing.
Note on sources: this table uses the Proforma's manually entered actuals for consistency with the Expected columns. July's SellerBoard-reconciled actual is $79,466 versus Proforma actual $76,814; the Proforma entry runs about 3% conservative this month.
Nine of twelve SKU groups were profitable in July. The standout outperformer was FFCLB1 (E12 flame bulbs) at +103.5% versus plan on 814 units, and FFMLB1 (E26 bulbs) at +32.5% delivered $3,144 in profit. FFMST1 (Solar Torch, hero) came in on plan at 616 units. The Bluetooth Speaker family combined for $1,609 at solid margins, though Bronze fell 25% under plan on the ranking-push effort splitting attention.
The July loss-makers are Schoolhouse Lanterns (-$590), Solar Landscape Lights (-$282, missed plan by 43%), and Path Torch Elite (-$137). All three are absorbing the tactical ranking spend; expect margin recovery as the paid rank converts to organic in August-September. Schoolhouse remains the sharpest low-seller revenue candidate.
| SKU | Product | Total Pipeline (days) | FBA Cover (status) | Restock Urgency | Notes |

| FFMDL2-FBA | Metal Solar Lantern 2pk (B0D4PJ7BTD) | 139 | 28.9 days | Monitor | 96 inbound |
Seven SKUs sit under 30 days of supply. Three flame-bulb SKUs are essentially at zero (FFCLB1_4pk out; FFMLB1_2PK at 1.1 days; FFCLB1_2pk at 1.3 days), and FFPST2B_4pk is at 6.4 days. All have replenishment in transit as part of the end-of-August stock wave, so August's job is receive execution: the four red rows check in on schedule or the account gives back growth. Chris flagged that the existing warehouse setup is slow on the workload; the new warehouse being implemented is the structural fix for the pacing gap.

The ranking-push impact on review velocity is expected to show in August-September as new traffic converts to purchases and reviews follow with typical 30-60 day lag. Table values above reflect June-July snapshot pending final Amazon Business Report review pull for July. BSR trend is the leading indicator to watch through August, with Bluetooth Speakers and Medium Flame Bulbs the two families most likely to compound organic rank from the July paid work.
Three bulb SKUs are effectively at zero (FFCLB1_4pk, FFMLB1_2PK, FFCLB1_2pk) with 461, 320, and 300 units in transit. Track check-in dates daily until they land. The new warehouse Chris is implementing is the structural fix for the late-month pacing gap that produced these outages.
July's paid ranking effort is the strategic investment: expect organic-conversion payoff mid-to-late August. Continue the current portfolio structure and spend levels through August. In September, once ranking gains stabilize, scale back to target TACoS around 12% by cutting the highest-ACoS non-hero portfolios (FFSSL1 at 43%, FFSHL1 at 65%).
Amazon.de listings for FFMST1 (8 sellers) and FFMDL (2 sellers) show unauthorized third-party sellers, most Turkey-origin counterfeits. Standalone Hijackers Audit details all 10 sellers. Next step is filing Brand Registry test-buy takedowns and evaluating FoxFlame's own EU seller presence to close the market gap that unauthorized sellers are currently filling.
July P&L shows a $1,289 Compensated clawback (June was +$56) and FBA inbound convenience fees more than doubled to $1,855. Together roughly $2,236 of margin not tied to strategy. Pull the specific charge details from SellerBoard and Seller Central and confirm neither recurs in August.
Multiple new products confirmed with Chris for the next 60 days enter launch prep. Prepare listing copy, imagery, and launch PPC structures in August so each launch lands with the stock wave. Sequence launches by expected margin so the cleanest anchor the September mix.
The July paid work compounds through Aug into September. Watch organic session share and organic conversion rate as the primary indicators; target organic sales share climbing back from 43.5% toward 55%+ by end of September as new keyword ranks lock in.
The Proforma steps expected sales to $93.3K in October and $107.8K in November and December combined. With full stock and the new products contributing, the account targets the plan line at 15%+ actual margin, restoring the pre-ranking-push margin trajectory.
The July compression (5.32% after fixed fee) is planned; the target is stepping margin back up through Aug-Oct: expect 8-10% in August, 12-15% in September, and 15%+ in October as ranking gains reduce ACoS pressure and stock stability eliminates the mid-month sales-flow disruption.
July's Proforma actuals ran about 3% conservative versus SellerBoard ($76.8K vs $79.5K). Continue the monthly sync of the actuals row to keep plan-vs-actual tracking honest as ArchWorks leans on this deck for capital decisions.
