Month in ReviewThe story of this month, grounded in the data

June 2026 was Onboard's biggest revenue month on record and a deliberate investment month on the bottom line. Revenue grew 49.5% month-over-month to $24,839 on 666 units, with every established line contributing. Reported net profit shows -$604, and that number is entirely explained by the Amazon Vine review-generation programs run on three new launches (two Tuna Pouch children and the Orzo Tuna Salad): excluding those three, the established catalog delivered $21,540 in sales and $1,775 in net profit at an 8.24% margin, up 47.4% from May. Subscribe and Save grew to 328 active subscribers, up 64.8% year over year, contributing an estimated 18.8% of revenue.

The Vine mechanics show up in the promo line: $3,526 of promo cost carries the Vine giveaway units, and the three launch children carry -$2,379 in combined product-level losses with no PPC running on them yet. Once review collection completes, the pouches and Orzo merge into their parent listings and dedicated PPC campaigns launch, converting June's investment into rank and conversion assets. Refunds improved to 1.20% (8 refunds), and Account Health stayed clean at a 252 rating with zero violations.

β–² WHAT DROVE GROWTH
The established catalog grew both lines.
Excluding the three Vine launches, sales reached $21,540 (+30% vs May) and net profit $1,775 (+47.4%) at an 8.24% margin. Tuna Cans delivered $11,331 at $1,195 profit, the Salad line added $7,753 at $1,063, and Subscribe and Save hit 328 active subscribers, +64.8% year over year, with an estimated $4,670 in recurring revenue. Refund rate improved to 1.20%, the cleanest month this year.
β–Ό WHAT CONSTRAINED PERFORMANCE
The Vine investment carried the whole reported loss.
The three new launch children (Tuna Pouches Olive Oil and Spring Water, Orzo Tuna Salad) ran Amazon Vine with no PPC and posted -$2,379 combined: $3,299 in sales against giveaway promo and launch fees. That flips the account from +$1,775 to the reported -$604. The Fillets line also stayed negative at -$454 on $1,874 in sales and needs its efficiency review. TACoS rose to 11.80%, still under the 12% target, as ad spend scaled 128% into the bigger month.
β–Ά WHAT TO WATCH IN JULY
Vine completion, merges, and PPC launches.
As Vine review collection completes on the three launches, the pouches merge under their parent and Orzo joins the Salad parent, then dedicated PPC campaigns start. July should show the payoff pattern: launch losses roll off, the new children convert on accumulated reviews, and the account returns to profit on a higher revenue base. S&S momentum and the Fillets line review are the two carry-over threads.

June Performance in ContextTrailing months at a glance
June's $24,839 breaks the account's revenue record by a wide margin: the trailing three months ran $15.9K to $17.7K. The red profit badge is the Vine investment, not a deterioration: on the ex-Vine basis the month earned $1,775, ahead of every month in the trailing window. The launch spend converts into review assets that July's merged listings and new PPC campaigns build on.

Cost WaterfallHow gross sales flow down to net profit
Amazon fees at $9,342 (37.6% of gross) and cost of goods at $9,351 (37.6%) are the two largest buckets. The line that defines the month is Promo at $3,526 (14.2% of gross): it carries the Vine giveaway units for the three new launches, versus roughly $500 of ordinary promo in a normal month. Excluding the three Vine children entirely, the month lands at $21,540 gross and $1,775 net profit (8.24%). Every line below is the named SellerBoard P&L value; the waterfall closes on the reported -$604 to the cent.

Advertising IntelligencePPC performance for the month
Ad spend scaled 128% to $2,932 and generated $8,810 in ad sales at a blended 33.28% ACoS and 3.00 ROAS. Efficiency stepped back from May's 23.63% as spend pushed into the bigger month and CPCs rose to $0.84, but TACoS held at 11.80%, still under the 12% target. None of the spend touched the three Vine launches; their campaigns start after review collection completes, which is July's main PPC event. A portfolio-level export was not captured this cycle, so the portfolio table is omitted this month; account-level PPC is shown in full.

Inventory HealthException report: SKUs under 30 days of supply
The catalog enters July in its healthiest stock position of the year: every meaningful-velocity SKU carries more than 30 days of supply, including the three Vine launches and the Spring Water Fillets that May flagged for restock. The single exception below is a tail SKU at near-zero velocity, an assortment decision rather than a stock risk.
SKU Product FBA Units Sales Velocity (u/day) Days of Supply Units Inbound Health

Stock note: FBA Units include both on-hand sellable units and Reserved units (inter-FC transfers, processing, and customer-order allocation), summed across all SKU + FNSKU pairs at the ASIN level. The 3PL columns in the SellerBoard inventory file are unreliable and not used. The Spread line sells at 0.04 units per day; whether to restock it is a catalog decision, not an urgency.

HIGH

Complete Vine collection, then merge the three launches

The Tuna Pouches (both variants) and Orzo Salad finish Vine review collection in July. As each completes, merge the pouches under their parent and Orzo into the Salad parent so the accumulated reviews and rank transfer to the family listings. This converts June's $2,379 launch investment into conversion assets.

▶ Brand Team
HIGH

Launch PPC on the merged children

None of the three launches has PPC today by design. Once merged, stand up dedicated campaigns with launch budgets, seeded from the Salad line's proven keyword set for Orzo and the Cans set for the pouches. Target first traction in July, efficiency tuning in August.

▶ PPC Team
MEDIUM

Let TACoS settle back under 10%

June TACoS ran 11.80% as spend scaled 128% into the record month. As the Vine promo rolls off and the new children start converting organically on their reviews, hold spend flat and let the ratio drift back toward the trailing 8% band before the next push.

▶ PPC Team
MEDIUM

Fillets line efficiency review

Fillets lost $454 on $1,874 in sales (-24% margin) with a 23.6% real ACoS, the one established line running negative. Review ad targeting, listing conversion, and pack-size mix; the Garlic and Spring Water children are the biggest drags.

▶ Brand Team
MEDIUM

Keep compounding Subscribe and Save

328 active subscribers, up 64.8% year over year, contributing 18.8% of revenue. Extend S&S coupons to the Salad line as its subscriber base builds, and enroll the merged pouches once PPC establishes their run rate.
